• To ensure the quality of M2 waring harness component, which could able to deliver products in accordance with the factory production plan and the customer's production plan to drive profit-improving activities to meet the target.
• Coordinate for evaluation of current/ new Suppliers' quality system, and an assesment.
• Summarize the quality problems from customer that caused by supplier.
• Control production process as well as control the using of the mold in each supplier.
• Management of subordinates duties and general affairs and human resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
