As a core function to provide customer service to the Business Unit (BU) function and Core Function (CF) in Yazaki Japan; whereby, from a planning aspect, be the facilitator and coordinate to strengthen the Organizations core funtions and the Internal Control activities.
- Support the develoment of the regional business vision and creation
- Provide support to the Asean Global Strategies and receive administrative tasks and work accordingly in the team
- Receive information and direction/tasks from various business planning meetings and follow up until closure internally for each issue
- Implement structure changes throughout organization such as Matrix organization
- Internal business process changes to be throughly analyzed/updated and aligned with Asean
- Working with identifying companywide awareness and engagement , required skill sets and education for special jobs and functions
- Receive the internal KPI reports from the proper divisions and review the details and countermeasures
- Receive various tasks and reports requestd and generate responses and closure
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age 22 years old up.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree (MBA mind)
- Good at Communication,Negoiation,and teamwork)
- Expert in Ms.Office Excel,Power Point high skill ability
- High Level English Skills or Japanese Skills N1 , N2 or higher
